Job Summary
Oversees daily fleet movements and fuel consumption. This role ensures driver compliance, minimizes operational costs, and detects fuel anomalies or unauthorized vehicle use.
Key Responsibilities- Real-Time Tracking: Monitor vehicle locations, routes, and arrival times
- Fuel Management: Analyze fuel receipts, cash transactions, and fuel monitoring data.
- Reporting: Generate daily and weekly reports on fuel efficiency, mileage, and driver behavior.
- Maintenance Alerts: Track vehicle mileage to schedule routine maintenance and prevent breakdowns.
- Experience: 1–3 years in logistics, fleet operations, or dispatch monitoring.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with telematics platforms (e.g. Geotab) and MS Excel.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to spot trends, discrepancies, and irregularities in data logs.
- Education: High school diploma required; degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
