Production Supervisor (Fixed-Term)

This role supervises production teams, monitors processes, ensures adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and coordinates with Quality Assurance, Food Safety, and Maintenance teams to support smooth and safe operations.

Qualifications

SOMEONE WHO IS FROM PAVIA HAS AN ADVANTAGE DUE TO THE LOCATION OF THE COMMISSARY OF THE COMPANY.

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Alternatively, a Technical-Vocational course with strong relevant experience in food manufacturing may be considered.

• At least 2–3 years of experience in food manufacturing, food production, commissary operations, or related supervisory roles.
• Experience in supervising production teams is preferred.
• Background in food safety, quality control, or operations is an advantage.

• Knowledge of food manufacturing processes, GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and people management skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
