Trade Marketing Manager

Develop and Implement Trade Marketing Strategies:

1. Create and execute trade marketing strategies and promotional plans to enhance brand visibility and drive sales across various channels.
2. Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
3. Focus on driving product sales through retail channels and working with them to promote products effectively. Support sales teams to achieve targets.

Point-of-Sale Marketing:

1. Design and execute impactful point-of-sale marketing materials, displays, and in-store promotions to increase product visibility and engage consumers.

Market Analysis and Innovation:

1. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities within trade marketing efforts.
2. Stay updated on industry developments and propose innovative strategies.

Event Coordination:

1. Organize and oversee trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to promote the brand and build strong relationships with retailers and distributors.

Supply Chain Coordination:

1. Work closely with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and products for promotional activities.

Performance Evaluation:

1. Evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns through rigorous performance analysis, adjusting strategies as needed.
2. Conduct Business Reviews and institute best Ways of Working process between 3P, Sales and Trade Marketing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in retail trade marketing
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful trade marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of retail channels, consumer behavior, and trade marketing principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
