About the Role
We are seeking experienced IT Technical Recruiters to support high-volume hiring for technology roles. This position focuses on sourcing and hiring top IT talent in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment.
What You’ll Do- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical roles (e.g., developers, engineers, support specialists)
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing platforms
- Conduct initial screening and assess technical qualifications and experience fit
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified IT candidates
- Ensure timely delivery of hires based on project and client requirements
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and recruitment systems
- Provide a strong and professional candidate experience throughout the process
- Experience in IT or technical recruitment, preferably in high-volume or RPO setups
- Strong sourcing skills for technical roles using multiple platforms
- Understanding of IT roles, skill sets, and basic technical terminology
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple requisitions under tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
