Procurement / Vendor Management Specialist

The ideal candidate is a master negotiator who balances cost-savings with risk mitigation and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Purchasing: Manage the full procurement lifecycle, from identifying internal needs and issuing RFPs/RFQs to purchase order (PO) generation and final delivery.
• Market Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, pricing benchmarks, and alternative suppliers to ensure the company remains competitive.
• Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for bulk discounts, long-term rebates, and process improvements to reduce total cost of ownership (TCO).

• Onboarding & Vetting: Conduct due diligence on new vendors, including financial health checks, compliance audits, and reference verifications.
• Performance Tracking: Develop and monitor Vendor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure consistent quality.
• Dispute Resolution: Act as the primary point of escalation for delivery delays, quality issues, or billing discrepancies.
• Contract Lifecycle Management: Lead contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring all legal and commercial terms protect the company's interests.

• Policy Adherence: Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal governance and external regulatory standards (e.g., anti-bribery, data privacy).
• Inventory Control: Coordinate with departments to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent over-purchasing or stockouts.
