Position: Renewals & Win-Back Specialist(French Bilingual)

As a Bilingual Renewals & Win-Back Specialist, you will manage subscription renewals and reactivation efforts for former customers. You’ll play a key role in reducing churn and increasing customer lifetime value by building strong relationships and delivering personalized outreach in both French and English.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end renewal process for assigned accounts.
  • Conduct outreach to former customers to understand cancellation reasons and offer tailored win-back solutions.
  • Communicate effectively in both French and English, adapting tone and messaging to each audience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Track and report on renewal and win-back performance using CRM tools.
  • Provide feedback to improve customer retention strategies and service offerings.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, sales, or account management.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
