Job Description- Provide assistance to clients in person, on email, or telephonically
- Screen feedback and requests form clients and liaise with relevant departments within the organization to provide solutions.
- Build and maintain close relationship with clients.
- Schedule meetings or telephone conferences between clients and management.
- Liaise with in-house teams to adjust service offerings and assess related cost.
Qualifications/Requirements
Job Qualification- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with clients, internal teams, and address inquiries clearly
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify client issues, analyze situations, and find effective solutions to resolve concerns.
- Organizational Skills: Efficiently manage muitiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- Customer Service Experience: Proven track record in a customer service role, demonstrating strong client relationship management. .
- Attention to Detail: Ability to meticulously review information and ensure accuracy in all client interactions.
- Computer literate, Can speak and write fluently in Chinese (Mandarin).
