What you'll be doing
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries and concerns in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner
- Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding our insurance products and services
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of all communications
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or department for resolution
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery
- Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the insurance industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and a genuine desire to help others
- Flexible and adaptable to changes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
