JOB SUMMARY:
The Field Network Representative, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and product installations for our customer. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining strong relationship.
Job Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise / Customer Support- Possesses demonstrated work experience with more than one database / network management system
- Understands ICT concepts and consistently applies them in client engagements
- Possesses significant knowledge of client / server and internet systems architectures
- Understands interface / client specific compatibility issues
- Configuring network software
- Installing network hardware components and cables
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with the network
- Ensuring the network operates securely
- Performing necessary upgrades to the network infrastructure as needed
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
- Manages all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
- Diagnoses errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Comprehends customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations / briefings
- Comprehends technical diagrams and manuals
- Builds positive relationships with customers
- Produces timely and detailed service reports
- Collaborating with other members of the IT team and management
- Follows all company policies, procedures, and protocols
- Can work quickly under pressure without supervision
- Operates vehicle, if there’s any, responsibly and in a safely manner
- Cooperates with technical team and share information across the organization
- Facilitates effective team interaction.
- Acknowledges and appreciates each team member's contributions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have experience in Service Level Request (SLR) and Service Level Installation (SLI) within an ISP environment
- Must possess a working understanding of FTTH technology
- Experience in Fiber Optic splicing is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio, and Powerpoint)
- Able to communicate effectively through email, viber, phone calls, and SMS
