In this role, you will engage with technical professionals through high-volume outbound communication, provide exceptional customer service, promote partnership opportunities with Excis, and assist technicians throughout the registration and onboarding process.

Your efforts will help create a positive experience for our contractor community while supporting the expansion of our global field services network.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to field technicians from our existing database.
  • Introduce Excis and provide information about contractor partnership opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective technicians and deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Educate technicians on the benefits of joining the Excis contractor network, including project opportunities, timely payments, and dedicated support.
  • Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions to encourage participation.
  • Conduct follow-up communications to support engagement and registration completion.
Customer Onboarding Support
  • Assist technicians throughout the contractor portal registration process.
  • Provide guidance regarding onboarding requirements and documentation.
  • Ensure technicians successfully complete profile setup and registration.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and onboarding progress.
  • Deliver timely and professional support to enhance the overall onboarding experience.
Customer Success Operations
  • Track daily outreach activities and engagement metrics.
  • Maintain a pipeline of active and qualified field technicians.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support technician engagement initiatives across priority regions.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting within company systems.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and onboarding success.

Requirements

Experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, call center operations, outbound calling, client support, account management, telemarketing, lead generation, recruitment, or sales.
  • BPO or customer-facing experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience supporting technical professionals or IT personnel is an advantage but not required.
  • Experience using CRM platforms, customer support systems, or outbound calling tools is a plus.

  • Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers and partners.
  • Strong problem-solving and objection-handling abilities.
  • Results-oriented with a commitment to achieving engagement and onboarding goals.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of IT support or technical services is beneficial but not required.
Other Requirements
  • Ability to conduct 80–150+ outbound calls per day.
  • Reliable internet connection and professional work environment.
  • Comfortable working with customer databases, CRM systems, and tracking tools.
  • Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
