Accounting Clerk
About the role
Networx Auto Detailing Corp. is looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our team in Quezon City Metro Manila. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in accounting and contribute to the financial operations of our company.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Staff to manage key compliance and bookkeeping functions. This role focuses on government-mandated reporting, regulatory compliance, and accurate financial record-keeping.
What you'll be doing- Perform daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and account reconciliations
- Preparing and submitting BIR, SSS, PHIC, HDMF, and LGU mandated reports and contributions.
- Securing and renewing business permits, licenses, and documentation from regulatory bodies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure the integrity of accounting information
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Collaborate with the finance team to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies
- Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance departments as needed
- Relevant experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar role, preferably in the Accounting industry
- We welcome fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow – the right attitude and willingness to develop skills are just as important as experience.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, or Excel) is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, as well as relevant regulations and compliance requirements
