Accounting Clerk

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Clerk to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in accounting and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and reports
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
• Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of accounting records
• Assist with bank reconciliations and journal entries
• Organize and file financial documents
• Support the accounting team in daily administrative tasks
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field
• Open to fresh graduates (experience is a plus but not required)
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Willing to learn and able to work in a team environment
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Must be willing to work on-site in Pasig City
