InfraShield Labs GBIC Inc. (the Philippines office of ISL Analytics Inc.) is looking for motivated and passionate Software Developer Interns who are eager to gain hands-on experience building enterprise software solutions used by utility companies around the world.
This paid internship is designed for students and fresh graduates who want to work alongside experienced software engineers on real-world applications while developing practical skills that extend beyond the classroom.
Internship Details- Internship Duration: Minimum of 2 months (starting July or August 2026)
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Work Arrangement: Onsite
- Office Location: 15th Floor, SM North Corporate Tower 1, North Avenue corner EDSA, Quezon City
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.

What You'll Work With
As an intern, you will gain practical experience using enterprise technologies, including:
- .NET Framework (MVC and WebForms)
- Oracle Database Management System (Oracle DBMS)
- HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Docker Containers
- Git source control and collaborative development tools
What You'll Learn
Throughout the internship, you will work closely with experienced developers and gain exposure to professional software development practices, including:
- Developing and maintaining real-world enterprise web applications
- Writing and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, and database views
- Participating in code reviews and collaborative development
- Working with version control using Git
- Supporting software testing, debugging, and deployment activities
- Building technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills through real project assignments
- Learning modern software engineering workflows used in commercial software development
Qualifications
We're looking for student candidates who are passionate about software development and eager to learn.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of .NET Framework MVC gained through academic coursework, personal projects, or previous internship experience
- Understanding of relational database concepts, including:
- SQL queries
- Stored procedures
- Database views
- Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute in a professional development environment
