Job Overview
Support end‑to‑end accounting and billing processes through accurate data management, reconciliation, and coordination with internal finance teams.
Salary
Php25,000.00 monthly (this excludes perfect attendance bonus of Php1,000.00, night differentials, potential account specific incentives, etc)

Office locations:

- Aeon Towers, Bajada, Davao City
- Process daily accounting and billing transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies in coordination with finance teams.
- Maintain billing records, reports, and supporting documentation.
- Monitor invoicing, payments, and adjustments to ensure correct account balances.
- Address internal and customer billing inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Support month‑end and periodic accounting activities as required.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Accounting Technology, or related field (required)
- At least 1 year experience in billing, bookkeeping, accounts receivable, or accounting operations (required)
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting systems (required)
- High attention to detail with strong data validation and reconciliation skills (required)
- Experience with ERP or accounting platforms such as Oracle or similar systems (preferred)
- Exposure to payment processing, credit/debit cards, or ACH transactions (preferred)
- Clear written and verbal English communication skills
