About the role

Applicants will have their areas of coverage near to where they currently stay.

1. Actively prospecting and generating new leads to expand our customer base
2. Scheduling and conducting face-to-face sales visit with dental professionals to present our product offerings
3. Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, handling orders, and resolving any issues in a timely manner
4. Staying up-to-date with our product portfolio and industry trends to effectively educate and advise customers.
5. Collaborating with the wider sales team to share best practices and insights to improve our sales strategies
6. Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets
7. Participating in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to promote our brand and products

1. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively present our products
3. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer inquiries and close sales
4. Motivated and driven, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to contribute to the overall sales strategy
6. Familiarity with the dental industry and understanding of the challenges and needs of dental professionals’ advantage but not a full requirement.
7. Willingness to travel within the Metro Manila areas to meet with clients.
8. Honest and always share feedback from the client to help resolve issues and turn it projected sales.
