Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our growing B2C marketing initiatives. This role focuses on customer loyalty, online marketing, social media management, and website support while working alongside external consultants handling strategy, customer acquisition, remarketing, and digital advertising.
The ideal candidate has experience in marketing support, strong organizational skills, and hands-on experience with social media, content creation, and eCommerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with day-to-day marketing activities and campaign execution
- Create and edit marketing visuals using Canva, Photoroom, Nano Banana, and photo editing tools
- Support social media management across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Create engaging social content aligned with brand goals
- Assist with email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo
- Manage product listings and updates on Shopify and BigCommerce
- Support website optimization and online merchandising initiatives
- Coordinate with external consultants on marketing campaigns and digital initiatives
- Use ChatGPT and AI tools to support content creation and marketing workflows
- Monitor and maintain organized marketing assets, schedules, and content calendars
