Digital Marketing Assistant (Fixed-Term)
Overview:
You will support the Acquisition online Marketing Team based in Switzerland in their daily
activities, especially on the verification of the marketing materials (landing pages) for our
European markets (UK, France, Spain, Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands and Portugal) and Latam
(Brazil).
Duties and Responsibilities:
We are looking for someone spirited and willing to help others when the need arises, as
well as show initiative and enthusiasm for our growing Global Business. You will need to
work on European working hours.
Duties and Responsibilities: The digital marketing assistant should be able to juggle
with multiple projects while meeting demanding deadlines, producing high quality
work and projecting a positive attitude. His/her core missions include (but are not
limited to):
Quality analysis: control and review all the online marketing material including
landing pages, banners and any other marketing materials.
Work closely with key stakeholders (Acquisition and IT teams) in the delivery of
landing pages for our AB tests.
Assist the team in their daily tasks.
Provide regular updates on projects status and communicate proactively if there is
any delay on task ETA.
Requirements:
Degree or first experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing.
Fluent in English. French or Spanish is a plus.
Accuracy and a strong eye for detail.
Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.
Proficient in Excel, Word, Powerpoint. Experience of Jira, would be an advantage.
Ability to work independently on projects as well as a being a strong team player.
