Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Secretary to support our executives in managing schedules, communications, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations
Handle calls, emails, and confidential documents
Record and distribute meeting minutes
Coordinate with departments and external partners
Perform general administrative and office duties
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (preferred)
Experience as Executive Secretary/Assistant or similar role is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
