• 2-3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, specifically using Meta Ads Manager (required)
• Proven experience in campaign setup, execution, monitoring, and optimization within Meta platforms
• Background in performance marketing, digital advertising, or campaign operations
• Open to and willing to commit to a 6-month project-based engagement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools for campaign tracking and analysis
• High attention to detail with the ability to follow structured processes and QA standards
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for campaign troubleshooting
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholder requirements
• Experience with other paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads) is an advantage
• Familiarity with dashboards, reporting tools, and data visualization is a plus

• Bring exceptional attention to detail to all tasks and maintain a high level of accuracy in operational processes
• Monitor and enforce campaign management business rules for all campaigns
• Ensure creative quality by applying standard policies and procedures
• Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders
• Manage campaign timelines and deliverables across stakeholders
• Coordinate the acquisition of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artefacts, and all relevant documentation in preparation for campaign launch
• Execute a strict campaign QA process to ensure accurate implementation, pacing, and performance
• Act as an effective point of service and liaison between external customers, sales, and operational teams
• Participate in regular WIPs and meetings as required
• Proactively drive knowledge sharing, innovation, and efficiencies within the Programmatic Trading Operations team
