Product Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Identify user needs, business opportunities, and market trends to develop product strategies and feature roadmaps.
• Define product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Design end-to-end product experiences and workflows that improve user engagement and satisfaction.
• Translate business goals into scalable product solutions.

• Conduct user research, interviews, and competitive analysis to identify user insights and product opportunities.
• Analyse user behaviour, platform data, and feedback to optimise product performance.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the creator economy and digital communities.

• Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Engineering, Design, and Business Development teams.
• Lead product discussions and align stakeholders on priorities and project objectives.
• Collaborate with developers throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure successful implementation.

• Manage the product development process from ideation and planning through testing, launch, and post-release improvements.
• Prioritise product features based on business impact, user value, and technical feasibility.
• Coordinate product testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and release management.
• Track key product metrics, including user engagement, retention, conversion, and monetisation.
• Conduct A/B testing and continuously improve product features based on user feedback and performance data.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Planning, Product Design, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum product development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
