Experience Required: At least 8 years of UI/UX design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise or large-scale digital products.
Key Responsibilities- Create user interface designs for new business requirements and recommend the best design solutions.
- Enhance and update existing UI designs based on new or revised requirements.
- Revise designs according to stakeholder feedback and business needs.
- Finalize and prepare design assets for development handoff.
- Develop interactive prototypes for complex features and usability testing.
- Maintain and enhance the organization's design system, including components, variables, variants, and design tokens.
- Participate in backlog grooming, technical discovery, design reviews, and walkthrough sessions.
- Work closely with developers, QA, and testing teams to provide UI clarifications and support testing activities.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by resolving UI-related issues, validating fixes, and assisting with retesting.
- Conduct post-release UI audits to ensure the implemented product matches approved designs.
- Provide UI/UX design support for ad hoc initiatives, product discovery activities, and special projects.
- Participate in team meetings, design discussions, and regular project status updates.
- Support usability testing activities by preparing designs, prototypes, and design recommendations.
- At least 8 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong expertise in Figma, including creating and maintaining design systems.
- Extensive experience with design systems, including components, variables, variants, and design tokens.
- Experience creating wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and developer-ready design specifications.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams, including Product, Business, Development, QA, and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple design initiatives in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma with an active editing license.
- Must have a primary workstation and a secondary monitor to support efficient design work.
