Job Description

• Review the standardization and validity of site acquisition (SAQ)/power (AC) introduction and outputs.
• Execute the delivery sub-plan of site acquisition according to the project delivery plan. Interpret the work scope and responsibility matrix of the project site acquisition and participate in the development of the project site acquisition/ROW acquisition strategy based on the regional and cultural characteristics. Establish the project duration and cost baselines for site acquisition.
• Design and adapt the site acquisition process and collect, sort out, develop, and optimize related documents and templates based on actual business scenarios.
• Communicate and coordinate with the customer.
• Provide training and daily work guidance for subcontractors to help solve on-site problems of owners, communities, and governments. Coordinates stakeholders and develops and outputs solutions for difficult sites.
• To reduce BCG risks during project delivery, the project team strictly follows the site expense approval and use process of the Philippines Rep Office and regularly reviews site payment.

Qualifications/Requirements

Job Requirement:

• 8+ years' experience in telecom site implementation, with successful delivery experience in level A projects and related projects (successful delivery experience in the Philippines Rep Office is preferred)
• Be familiar with the site expense usage process and related KCPs of the Philippines Rep Office, and digital delivery tools.
• Be able to coordinate resources from customers, subcontractors, and client project teams, master basic site solutions, and support communication and negotiation among owners, communities, and governments.
• Have English as the working language but also able to read and communicate in Mandarin.
• Good organization and time management skills, able to handle various emergencies and challenges in the project under pressure.
