- Ensures guest satisfaction and deliver maximum customer service by following the service protocols
- Implements daily opening and/or closing procedures in the dining and dispatching area

- Ensures proper filling of reports (Sales Reports, Memos, Delivery ORs, Order Slip etc.) and records documents for Transmittal
- Ensures that proper cashier turnover of cash and sales are deposited to the bank as soon as possible
- Stay on floor during peak times and ensure proper positioning and break time of TMs and cooks
- Performs other duties as required by his superior.
