Job Role:

• Develop and execute online and offline event strategies to enhance user engagement and brand awareness.
• Plan promotional campaigns based on seasonal trends, holidays, and industry events.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
• Campaign Management

• Monitor event performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
• Ensure campaigns align with brand positioning and marketing goals.

• Track and analyze key event performance metrics such as user participation, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Conduct post-event analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.

• Develop exclusive VIP events to enhance customer retention and lifetime value.
• Personalize campaign strategies for different user segments to maximize engagement.

• Work closely with marketing, operations, product, and customer service teams.
• Align event strategies with overall business objectives and customer insights.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in event planning, campaign management, or digital marketing.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with data analysis and user engagement metrics.
• Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging and rewarding campaigns.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in the gaming, gambling, or entertainment industry is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of CRM tools and digital marketing strategies.
