Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any business course
- With a minimum of 1-year related experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong analytical, composition, and prioritizing skills
- Detail-oriented and with good organization and coordination skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Conducts evaluation on E-56 applications by reviewing underwriting policy
- Validates Membership Application Form of members
- Verifies risk classification based on submitted documents such as insurance applications, agent’s reports, medical records and other pertinent records to determine member’s premium amount
- Transmits approved applications to AMD for billing and collection
- Handles policy services of E-56 such as request for premium downgrade, cancellation of policy and NFO
- Processes maturity benefit of policyholders and monitors staggered payments of 36 monthly installments option
- Prepares premium notices and vouchers for CSV
- Monitors approved E-56 applications and coordinates with concerned department the applications with lacking requirements
- Prepares reports on received and processed applications, underwriting, downgrading of premium, cancellation of policy, NFO and other E-56 policy services
- Generates projection reports needed by the actuary for improvement of existing insurance plans and development of new insurance products
- Coordinates with Insurance Commission and retained actuary with regard to the company's insurance plans
- Prepares Membership Certificates and Policy Contracts for all members
- Answers queries regarding E-56 from walk-in members
- Performs tasks as provided for in the updated and approved Operations Manual
- Performs other related functions as directed by superior
