US Recruiter (End-to-End for Professional Roles)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced US Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment of professional healthcare roles for the US market. This role is ideal for a recruiter who has strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring clinical and non-clinical professional roles in the US healthcare system.The position follows a hybrid work arrangement and requires full alignment with US time zones.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based professional and healthcare roles, from sourcing and screening through interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support
- Proactively source qualified candidates using multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, direct sourcing, and talent pipelines)
- Conduct initial screenings and in-depth interviews to assess qualifications, experience, licensure, and role fit based on US standards
- Partner closely with US-based hiring managers and stakeholders to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and hiring timelines
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, job offers, background checks, and pre-employment requirements
- Support successful candidate onboarding by ensuring documentation, compliance requirements, and start-date readiness are completed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, pipelines, and recruitment reports using ATS and internal trackers
- Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the full recruitment lifecycle
- Minimum 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
- At least 2 years of hands-on recruiting experience for the US market
- Proven experience hiring clinical and non-clinical professional roles in the US healthcare system
- Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes, interview practices, and offer coordination
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Hybrid work arrangement based in Metro Manila (Makati, Muntinlupa, or Quezon City)
- Willingness to work night shifts and align with US business hours
- Experience recruiting for regulated or licensed roles in the US
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.)
- Strong stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills
