FOOD SAFETY OFFICER

Job Description:

Food Safety Officer (FSO), is responsible for ensuring that all products manufactured particularly food-contact plastic packaging meet required food safety standards, regulatory compliance, and customer expectations. The FSO, will lead the implementation, monitoring, and continues improvement of the plants Food Safety Management System (FSMS) including HACCP, GMP, and other food safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain Food Safety Systems, including Good

• Monitor production processes to prevent contamination or safety risks.
• Train employees of food safety, hygiene, and proper handling practices
• Ensure compliance with the HACCP safety regulations
• Maintain documentation and prepare for internal/external audits.

Qualifications :

• Preffered : Licensed Chemical Engineer ( not required)
• Required : At least 2 years of experience in food safety.
• Strong skills in auditing, documentation and training.
• Soft Skills attention detail, leadership, analytical thinking, good

• HACCP & GMP Certification is advantage
• Competent in risk analysis, incident investigation, and training delivery.
• Exposure to manufacturing environments, and understanding of machine operations is a plus.
