Overall Purpose of The Job
Manage and Launch the Loyalty Program (LP) in the Philippines market that reflects the strategic priority to V Group and BOD.
This individual will be responsible for a broad set of initiatives to ensure the success of the LP launch and thereafter in the Philippines. Specific duties are:
- • Represent all loyalty program matters in the Philippines on behalf of V Group. This is in partnership with other staff members in the Manila V Group office.
- • Manage LP day-to-day Operations (Points allocation, redemption)
- • As seafarers visit the local office, be the LP ambassador that recruits new members and reminds existing members of the benefits and value participating in the V Group LP provides. Partner with V Group marketing to ensure inbound/outbound marketing campaigns are not only designed to meet the initiatives’ objectives but are also culturally relevant to the local market.
- • Identify and as determined, meet with 3rd party companies, for possible commercial cooperation. Examples of such possibilities include affiliate marketing firms, like Involve Asia and/or Shopee, and companies with relevant LP benefit product/services (e.g. redemption items)
- • Participate in contract negotiations.
- • Create presentations for events like monthly SteerCo, quarterly Leadership events, local All Hands meetings, etc.
- • Pull, analyze and publish scheduled and ad hoc reports to track LP KPIs and other metrics of its performance.
- • Work closely with V Services Controller’s team on building, maintaining, and reporting out (e.g. variance analyses) on the LP budget.
- • Coordinate various meetings including documenting notes and agreed upon deliverables.
- KEY SUCCESS MEASURES:
- Pilot program launch and subsequent program expansions, including rankings and 3rd party partnerships.
- At least 25% of eligible seafarers registered and active in the LP.
- Meeting We Care and attrition reduction goals in the Philippines as influenced by the LP.
- Qualifications/Requirements
- Strong relationship management and marketing skills.
- Solid analytical skills.
- Excellent communicator, both in oral and written format
