Role Objective:
We are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Analyst with strong experience in GA4 tracking, conversion analytics, and ad campaign performance evaluation.
Leverage GA4, advertising platforms, social media insights, and internal payment data to analyze user behavior, campaign performance, and monetization. Provide actionable insights to support marketing growth and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website & Behavior Tracking
- Maintain and optimize Google Analytics 4 (GA4) tracking setup, including key events such as registration, clicks, and successful purchases.
- Analyze traffic quality, user journey, funnel drop-offs, and behavioral patterns to improve conversion and retention.
- Paid Ads Data & Campaign Attribution
- Consolidate campaign performance data from Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Evaluate media effectiveness (CTR, CPC, CPR, ROAS) and provide actionable optimization insights.
- Purchase / Revenue KPI Tracking
- Integrate and analyze key metrics such as registration-to-purchase conversion rate, first-time purchase, ARPU, and LTV by connecting GA4 with internal CRM/payment systems.
- Build KPI dashboards to monitor user acquisition, activation, and monetization trends.
- Channel Performance & Attribution Analysis
- Use UTM structure and attribution models to identify high-performing traffic sources (ads, social, organic).
- Evaluate the real value each source contributes to registrations, purchases, and revenue.
- Reporting & Visualization
- Build weekly/monthly dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, Excel, or GA4 to present insights clearly.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and provide strategic recommendations based on data findings.
- Tagging Implementation & Developer Coordination
- Create and maintain a Tracking Requirements Document (Tagging Plan) for new events or marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with developers to implement tracking in code for complex or backend-triggered events (e.g., post-payment success, API events).
- Validate events using GA Debugger, browser tools, or BigQuery, ensuring clean and accurate data collection.
- Use Google Tag Manager (GTM) to manage front-end event tracking when applicable.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, web tracking, or performance marketing.
- Proficient in GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM structures, and funnel tracking methodologies.
- Familiar with ad platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and their attribution systems.
- Capable of producing clean dashboards using Looker Studio, Excel, or Google Sheets.
- Solid understanding of event-based tracking and how to work with developers on technical implementation.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
- SQL knowledge is a plus.
