POSITION: ONE (1) - PURCHASING ASSISTANT
JOB DESCRIPTION:
A Purchasing Assistant supports the purchasing department by managing purchase orders, tracking inventory, and maintaining vendor relationships. They play a crucial role in ensuring cost-effective procurement and smooth operations. Key responsibilities include preparing purchase orders, monitoring stock levels, researching potential vendors, and updating records.

Key Responsibilities: Purchase Order Management, Inventory Management, Vendor Relations, Record Keeping, Assisting with Procurement Processes, Ensuring Timely Delivery.

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS: College Level (Graduate is an advantage), Atleast two (2) years experience in the same field, Can speak, understand

and communicate Chinese Mandarin Language.
