Position Title : DIRECTOR OF PROCESS ENGINEERING (1)

Oversees leadership role responsible for overseeing and guiding a company's process engineering functions. This role involves managing a team of process engineers, ensuring alignment with overall business goals, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Place of Deployment: TIPO HIGHTECH ECOPARK, SUBIC BAY FREEPORT ZONE
Duration of Employment: 2 years

Foreign National Intended to be Hired/Nationality: GUO YU/CHINESE

Qualifications/Requirements

Knowledgeable in writing, reading and speaking Mandarin and English; with at least 2 yrs and Experience in process simulation, CAD software, and other engineering applications and improvement tools and methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S and Value Stream Mapping; Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
