ORGANIC TRUCKING OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
(Work base: Compostela, Cebu)

Responsibilities:

Oversees daily trucking operations, including dispatching, scheduling, routing, and monitoring of
organic product deliveries to ensure timely and accurate distribution.
Ensures compliance with organic handling standards, company policies, safety protocols, and
regulatory requirements throughout transport and loading/unloading activities.
Manages drivers and fleet performance, including coordination, documentation, vehicle readiness,
issue resolution, and continuous improvement of operational efficiency.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

Candidate should be a graduate of Industrial Engineer or any Business Administration related course.
With at least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in Trucking Operations.
Excellent in oral and written communication;
With a good scholastic record;
Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail, decision-making, planning, and facilitation abilities.
