Job title: Logistic Supervisor

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and manage the daily and weekly schedule ensuring efficient assignment of deliveries and collection tasks.
• Monitor all deliveries and collections to ensure they are completed on the scheduled or target date without delay.
• Track daily logistics performance and ensure strict adherence to approved schedules and operational timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, drivers, and internal staff to resolve delivery or collection issues in real time.
• Review route efficiency and recommend improvements to reduce delays, costs, and travel time.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all logistics activities, including delivery status, collections, and exceptions.
• Oversee compliance with internal logistics procedures and ensure consistent execution across the team.
• Identify system gaps in the logistics process and implement improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and accountability.
• Provide supervision and guidance to logistics staff to ensure productivity and task completion.
• Submit regular performance reports on delivery completion rate, collection status, and schedule adherence.
• Perform other logistics-related supervisory duties as necessary to support smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Business, Management, Logistics, or related course (or with equivalent experience).
• Experience in logistics, dispatching, scheduling, or operations supervision is a must.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Must be familiar with routes within Cebu City and surrounding areas, or at least capable of reading and interpreting maps and navigation tools.
• Ability to manage and monitor multiple tasks while ensuring strict adherence to schedules and deadlines.
• Good leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate a small team.
• Strict and disciplined in enforcing timelines, schedules, and operational procedures.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, accountability, and task completion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond quickly to operational issues.
• Proficient in communication and coordination skills when dealing with internal staff and clients.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced, field-connected logistics environment.
• Must be physically fit and capable of occasional field coordination if needed.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability for results.
