FACADE SALES SUPERVISOR
Location: Ortigas City
We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Facade Sales Supervisor to join our growing construction team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Facade Sales, Curtain Wall Systems, Aluminum & Glass Systems, Cladding, Building Envelope Solutions, or related construction products
- Strong network within the construction industry, including developers, contractors, architects, consultants, and project owners
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business development
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills
- Knowledge of facade systems, project bidding, specifications, and construction processes is an advantage
- Willing to conduct fieldwork and client visits
