This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in ETON Centris QC. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining customer records.
The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centered approach, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Qualifications- with or without Call Center Experience
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Average to Good English communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- HS/SHS Graduate accepted
