Customer Service Representative (CSR)
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our My Shopping Box team. The role is responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving service concerns, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, logistics partners, and internal teams.You will play a key part in delivering excellent customer experiences and building trust with our subscribers.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media channels in a professional and timely manner.
- Track, monitor, and provide updates on customer shipments and deliveries.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for issue resolution (delays, customs clearance, damages, returns).
- Process requests such as account updates, order tracking, and service complaints.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments when necessary.
- Document all interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups accurately.
- Support in maintaining FAQs, knowledge base, and customer service templates.
- Required: Willing to work onsite.
- Required: Can start immediately.
- Required: Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Preferred: At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service (logistics, e-commerce, or BPO an advantage).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using email, chat systems, and tracking tools.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple cases efficiently.
