We are hiring Travel Customer Service Associates to join our onsite team. This role is open to at least High School or Senior High School graduates with strong English communication skills (B2 CEFR level). You will assist customers with travel-related inquiries such as bookings, reservations, cancellations, and general support while delivering excellent customer service.
✅ Qualifications:
- At least High School/Senior High School graduate
- B2 CEFR English communication skills required
- With or without BPO experience
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
- Salary Package:
