Job Title: Sales Associate

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and driving sales to meet company targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and policies
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
• Maintain store cleanliness and organized displays
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus (but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems
