Trade Marketing & Activations Coordinator

Reports to: Business Development Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for monitoring on-shelf execution, coordinating trade marketing activities, and managing sampling and promotional initiatives, ensuring proper implementation and timely reporting.

1. Trade Monitoring & Execution

• Monitor on-shelf availability, displays, and pricing across assigned accounts
• Consolidate and review reports from field teams
• Flag gaps (OOS, missing displays, pricing issues) and coordinate corrective actions

1. Sampling & Activations Coordination

• Plan and coordinate sampling activities, in-store demos, and promotions
• Liaise with agencies, stores, and internal teams
• Ensure complete materials, manpower, and schedules prior to execution

1. Promotions & Campaign Support

• Assist in implementation of trade promotions and campaigns
• Track execution and collect post-activity data (sales, feedback, issues)
• Prepare simple evaluation reports

1. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on:
• Trade execution status
• Sampling/activation results
• Key issues and action items
• Maintain organized records of activities, photos, and summaries
