Sales Executive

Job Overview:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Prepare individual and team action plans for effective generation of sales leads and prospects.
• Demonstrate and present products to clients, including pricing, proposals, and negotiation of terms and conditions, and close sales.
• Ensure sales growth, customer satisfaction, business retention, and profitability for the company.
• Act as a key strategist in supporting clients’ business needs and objectives.
• Conduct weekly reviews of sales performance together with the Sales Head.
• Provide timely feedback to the Sales Head regarding product performance.
• Attend trade exhibits, conferences, and meetings.
• Report directly to Sales Management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant sales experience in a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Excellent persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Background in the food industry is an advantage.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
