Support Specialist (Investor Relations) - Manila

What is your mission?

You will also help facilitate investor communications, maintain accurate Salesforce records, and engage with prospective investors on platforms such as LinkedIn.

You will provide the best service to our partner client by performing these tasks:

• Provide daily administrative support to the Investor Relations Representative.
• Manage and organize the IR representative's email correspondence and sequences.
• Coordinate the preparation and distribution of offering documents.
• Schedule and arrange meetings and touchpoints with existing investors.
• Maintain and organize investor files and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Create account profiles and update the investor database.
• Monitor investor calls, take notes, track action items, and assess call quality.
• Build investor records in Salesforce and manage the sales pipeline.
• Engage with potential investors on social media, especially LinkedIn.
• Manage the IR representative's calendar and travel schedule.
• Track and input investor questions for follow-up.
• Engage with the investor community by commenting on relevant LinkedIn posts.
• Invite select connections to webinars and other investor events.

• Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of real estate and investment
• Familiarity with legal billing systems and procedures is a plus
• Experience with IMS and Salesforce systems
