- Ensure the timely and precise preparation of reports related to the restaurant’s food delivery operations. This includes tracking sales, monitoring delivery performance, and analyzing customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Oversee the reconciliation process for food delivery transactions, ensuring that all orders and payments are accurately recorded.
- Ensure that all reports and reconciliations comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements. Maintain organized and accessible records of all delivery transactions and related documentation for audit purposes.
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house processes
- With certification or training in food safety and health regulations, including HACCP principles
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and implement cost-saving measures.
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations, including HACCP principles.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions quickly.
