As an Accounting Associate, you’ll help ensure accurate billings, timely payment processing, and smooth account reconciliations — keeping our financial operations running efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and process client billings
- Validate payments and reconcile accounts
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records
What We’re Looking For:
- Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or related course
- At least 1 year of experience in billing or reconciliation (e-commerce experience is an advantage!)
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and proficient in MS Excel
- Reliable and able to work with minimal supervision
