About Us:

APD Law is a small, dynamic bankruptcy law firm based in California. We provide legal services with a focus on client advocacy, efficiency, and professionalism. We are seeking a part-time remote administrative assistant to support our firm’s daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support, including document preparation and data entry.
  • Manage Google Drive and organize legal and financial files.
  • Assist with email correspondence and scheduling.
  • Process invoices and payments using QuickBooks.
  • Draft, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with attorneys, staff, and clients via email and messaging platforms.
Qualifications:
  • Experience with QuickBooks, Google Drive & Apps, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Acrobat preferred.
  • Prior experience in a law firm not required but desirable.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable asking for help, clarification, and direction when needed.
  • Proficient in English (ESL applicants welcome, but fluency is required).
