- Minimum of 1 year Customer Service Representative experience (Advantage Only)
ii. Total of 2 years BPO experience (Advantage only)
iii. Must be amenable for 100% work onsite in Taguig & Night Shift schedule
iii. Good communication Skills
Role, Purpose, and Scope
To provide information to their customer regarding their queries and resolve the end customer issues as per defined SLA , Able to work independently and efficiently to meet SLA, Able to comprehend the request of the customer and meet the quality standard
Major Responsibilities- Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures
- Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls
- Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner
- Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs
- Fluent in English, both written & verbal
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal
- A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
- Excels at operating in a fast pace, community environment
- Ability to look at situations from several points of view
- Persuasive with details and facts.
