Leasing officer

Job Description

• Achieve assigned leasing revenue and collection targets.
• Manage leasing for new and existing clients from inquiry to move-in.
• Market rental listings through open viewings, social media, virtual tours, and other strategies.
• Respond to inquiries, conduct property inspections, and facilitate lease negotiations.
• Coordinate lease applications, documentation, and execution of lease agreements.
• Manage broker relations, commissions, and network expansion.
• Handle VIP clients, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Safekeep property inventory and keys and attend required meetings and company activities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, HRM, or related field.
• Leasing, real estate, or sales experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of rental regulations and lease agreements.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales/leasing targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Solution-oriented, detail-oriented, and adaptable to different clients.
• Real estate license is an advantage but not required.
