Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the leasing process from inquiry to contract signing

Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to achieve occupancy targets
Conduct property viewings and presentations to prospective tenants
Negotiate lease terms, renewals, and amendments
Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure retention
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments
Prepare leasing reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
Ensure all lease documentation is accurate and compliant with legal requirements
Coordinate with property management, marketing, and finance teams
Handle tenant concerns and resolve leasing-related issues professionally

Assist in mentoring and supervising junior leasing staff

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or related field

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in leasing, real estate, or property management
Proven track record of achieving leasing targets and occupancy goals
Strong negotiation and sales skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Knowledge of lease contracts, property laws, and market analysis
