Jr. Retail Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a Jr. Retail Operations Manager who will support daily store operations, assist in team supervision, and help ensure smooth execution of retail activities. This role is ideal for someone with operations or retail support experience who is ready to grow into a leadership position.

• Support daily store operations and ensure customer service standards are met.
• Assist in opening and closing store procedures.
• Conduct store visits and support staff coordination.
• Help prepare monthly schedules for store teams.
• Assist in training, coaching, and monitoring employee performance.
• Support sales tracking and basic operational reporting.
• Assist in inventory monitoring and stock coordination.
• Coordinate with merchandising for product display execution.
• Support HR requirements for compliance and manpower updates.
• Assist in implementing operational plans and improvements.
• Provide support to senior management in daily operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years experience in operations, retail, or supervisory support roles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and take on leadership responsibilities.
• Analytical and detail-oriented.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to do fieldwork if needed.
• Must be based in Manila or willing to be assigned in the area.
• Can start immediately.
