Operations Manager

The Operations Manager leads and oversees store operations to ensure consistent execution, strong performance, and full compliance across all locations. This role is responsible for people management, KPI performance, SOP enforcement, and operational excellence.

• Lead and manage Area Managers and store operations teams
• Own and drive operational KPIs (sales productivity, labor efficiency, service standards, compliance)
• Ensure SOPs and operational standards are implemented and followed
• Monitor store performance and resolve operational issues
• Coach, evaluate, and performance-manage Area Managers
• Handle escalations, audits, and disciplinary actions
• Drive continuous improvement and eliminate recurring operational issues
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Marketing, IT, and other support teams
• Ensure operational readiness for store openings, campaigns, and changes

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations management (multi-store preferred)
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Proven experience in people management and KPI ownership
• Able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
