Job Summary:

The HR and Admin Associate provides support in the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources and Administrative departments. This role is responsible for handling various HR functions such as recruitment, employee records management, benefits administration, and general office administration, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Support:

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist with timekeeping, payroll coordination, and attendance monitoring.
  • Coordinate training and employee development programs.
  • Support performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Handle basic employee inquiries and escalate when needed.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Maintain company documents, contracts, and licenses.
  • Support logistics for meetings, travel, and company events.
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems (preferred).
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.
